Joining
UKALA will not just protect your longer term best interests
but also give you the prestige of belonging to a properly constituted
trade association. We provide you with a certificate to display
in your office, a vinyl decal to display on your window, and
the UKALA logo which may be incorporated into members' stationery.
Included in the membership subscription is the quarterly magazine
LETTING UPDATE, probably the most authoritative journal
of its type to focus on matters of general and legal interest
to the residential lettings industry.
|
 |
UKALA
members qualify for the special low rates for agents of the
Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd tenancy deposits protection scheme.
See www.mydeposits.co.uk
for more details.
|
 |
UKALA
members may access the informative letting centre website www.letlink.co.uk
which includes many tenancy forms either free or at concessionary
prices.

Among
the other services to members are lower premiums for professional
indemnity insurance, invitations to participate in training
courses at concessional rates - and more. Considering that LETTING
