What is the UK Association of Letting Agents?
UKALA is the professional association for the lettings industry, promoting high standards
and protecting the interests of agents, landlords and tenants.

UKALA is a non-profit organisation registered with the government department responsible for housing.

The Mission
The majority of letting agents in the UK are not members of a trade organisation. UKALA fulfils the need for a professional body, dedicated to representing the interests of letting and management agents, while safeguarding the interests of clients - both landlords and tenants.

The UKALA Code of Practice enshrines the objective of raising the professionalism of letting and managing agents by offering an efficient and responsible service to landlords and tenants.
