The vast majority of landlords do not wish to seek possession of their properties. Unless there is a change in personal circumstances the normal business model for a landlord is that if the tenant is paying the rent and looking after the property then the landlord wants the tenant to stay. The figures are not easily verifiable but it would appear that during the pandemic the incidence of arrears without agreement is low.
