UKALA Helpline The UKALA Helpline provided by Training for Professionals is one of our most valued member benefits. It can be accessed via telephone or email. The UKALA Helpline is included in your membership fee and is unlimited for all UKALA members. The UKALA Helpline is a vital source of information to help you run your business with answers at your fingertips. Crucially, it can help you to avoid costly and embarrassing mistakes that could easily lead to your prosecution. Common issues that we help solve are:

  • Deposit Protection problems
  • Serving Notices – which notices to use and when
  • Problems with tenant move-outs
  • Gas, electrical, furniture and other regulations
  • Tenancy agreements – which agreement to use and how.

Our advisors are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (except public holidays). The helpline is manned by experienced property professionals to ensure that the advice is not only right, but very practical too. They are not solicitors, so do not take cases to court. The helpline tries to keep you out of court, saving you time and costs.
