The widely reported 16th November 2022 coroner inquest into the death of two year old Awaab Ishak who sadly died in December 2020 from ‘respiratory arrest, concluded that it was due to prolonged exposure to mould’ It also stated ‘there is a risk that future deaths will occur unless action is taken’.
