A representative from Handelsbanken will discuss the underwriting of mortgages for those with rental, investment and pension income.

Housing Enforcement – Sophie Ricketts, Donna Bryant and Kelly Ansell, Bournemouth Borough Council

Members of the enforcement team will deliver a presentation on targetted enforcement with an update on the latest projects. They will also provide a brief overview of the changes to the scope of the Mandatory Licensing and explain the Bournemouth Amenity Standards and the way in which the team will look to interpret the enforcement of these, including clarification on the requirement for wash hand basins, WC’s and bath/showers.
