Further restrictions on bailiff evictions anticipated Hot on the heels of 6 month notice periods for section 21 notices and a range of different notice periods under section 8 in England the Government announced last week that it would be placing some restrictions on bailiffs enforcing possession orders which would apply equally in England and Wales.
