The Fire Safety Act 2021 update – England and Wales

We have followed the progress through Parliament of what is now the Fire Safety 2021 Act (the Act). The Act received Royal Assent on 29 April 2021. It came fully into force in Wales on 1 October 2021 but, although parts of the Act were in force in England, for the Act to have any practical application regulations had to be written to bring the remaining parts into force.
