In the first article we looked at the scheme in relation to agents and their landlords’ managed portfolios as well as some tell-tale signs that action may be required. We will now consider the scheme in relation to non-managed portfolios of landlord clients, their tenants and other third parties as well as penalties if it goes wrong.
