The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (the Act) has been a bit of a slow burner. The Act was passed just over six years ago in January 2016. There have been 13 different sets of legislation since then. Some have amended the original Act; others provide supplementary provisions and some were to do with the tenant fees legislation for Wales.
