UKALA tenancy agreements update

As announced earlier this year UKALA have teamed up with Training for Professionals (TFP) and have agreed a service relationship for support and training. As part of this package UKALA members now have access to the suite of TFP documents, as standard. The documents include the Management Forms folder incorporating, amongst other documents, a model Agency Agreement, standard contractor forms, property condition forms and a GDPR folder. Crucially the package also includes the Tenancy Agreement folder providing model assured shorthold tenancy agreements for each of the deposit protection schemes as well as model contractual tenancies and no deposit tenancies.
