Additional fire safety requirements – England only

We have written previously about the Fire Safety Act 2021, most recently in May 2022 and April 2021. This Act came fully into force on 16 May 2022 in England and on 1 October 2021 in Wales. Not to be confused with the requirements under the Fire Safety Act 2021, letting agents, landlords, freeholders and block managers (we will collectively call them the responsible person) may soon have additional requirements to comply with under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 in relation to some buildings with two or more domestic premises.
