Right to Rent update 2021 – Post Brexit Rules

In May 2020 when we last wrote about the Right to Rent Scheme we were in the midst of the first Coronavirus lockdown and almost halfway through the Brexit transition period. The Government had announced temporary modifications to the Right to Rent process to be used during the pandemic and was negotiating the Brexit deal, albeit not face to face, with the EU.
